Thank you for shopping with Grandma’s Girl Soapery & Candle. Each item is handcrafted in small batches with care. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, design, weight, texture, and appearance are natural and part of their handcrafted character. Product photographs are representative, and your item may vary slightly from the item pictured.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

WAX MELTS & CANDLES
Wax products are for fragrance use only and are not edible. Some of our handcrafted wax creations are intentionally designed to resemble food or desserts. DO NOT EAT. Keep wax products and candles away from children and pets. Always follow the safety and use instructions provided with your product. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

BATH, BODY & FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS
For external use only. Please review the ingredient information provided before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Fragrance preferences and individual skin experiences vary from person to person.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personal-use nature of our bath, body, fragrance, and home-fragrance products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Grandma’s Girl Soapery & Candle promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

COLORS & FRAGRANCE
Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. Fragrance perception is subjective, and scent strength may vary depending on the product, environment, and individual perception.
